Bring your bikes and boots

You’ll find Brandleit in an entirely remote and secluded place on the sunny side or Zillertal with an uninterrupted view of the surrounding mountains. The area’s countless hiking and biking paths are within easy reach for you and your family.

Winter paradise

Brandleit is also magical in the winter - the perfect place for your skiing holiday, even though, or maybe because, it's not directly on the slopes. The closest ski resort is in Zillertal Spieljochbahn, just 10 minutes by car, or the Hochfügen/Hochzillertal ski resort, just 15 minutes away. Brendleit’s unique location allows you to enjoy days on the slopes as well as days snow hiking in Alpbachtal.

Ideal location

Half of the valley is basked in the sunlight that shines for as long and as brightly as possible. Even getting to Brandleit is an experience. The panoramic road Kapellstraße winds its way through mountain farms and offers beautiful views across the valley.

Summer is for swimming

The outdoor pool Zillertal is just a quick 15 minute drive away and the Schlitters lake, perfect for swimming, the idyllic Achensee lake and several other smaller lakes in Alpbachtal are all nearby, easily reachable by bike or car.
