Where to go?
Velehrad - a place you should visit. The village of Velehrad boasts a perfect Baroque Basilica of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary and Ss Cyril and Methodius. It is also the most important pilgrimage church in the country, surrounded by a beautiful monastery. There is a lovely cycle path leading here with numerous spots to refresh yourself. Lookout tower Salaš - another stop you cannot miss in the area is the lookout tower Salaš. Two wedged seven-pointed towers each have their viewing platform. It takes about 2.5 hours to walk from the trailer to the lookout tower. After climbing 112 steps, you will have a view of the beautiful Chřiby Mountains.
Even with pets
By arrangement with the owners and for a small additional fee, it is possible to take your four-legged partners with you. The area is fenced, so you don't have to worry about them going too far to explore the surroundings.
