You won't believe how many things you can fit in an area of 30 m². All the furniture and facilities are modern and have thoughtful and essential features you may have never seen before.
Definitely worth a visit
Studio 102 is only 400 metres from Brno's most famous Villa Tugendhat, the only Czech monument of modern functionalist architecture. Although you have to wait approximately three months to see it, we know how to get inside earlier. Thanks to the BRNOPAS tourist card.

Do you prefer breakfast in the city or slow mornings with the opportunity to enjoy your first meal from the comfort of your bed? You can choose both options; the decision is up to you. On weekdays, you can enjoy a rich breakfast with a unique voucher at the nearby Rebelbean café. Or enjoy a varied continental menu without leaving the comfort of your own home.

Studio 102 is located 2.7 km from St. Peter and Paul Cathedral and 3 km from Brno Central Station. Brno - Tuřany Airport is 9 km away.
Free parking
You don't have to worry about searching for a parking spot. Recommended parking is in Durďákova, Hoblíkova, Slepá or Kladivova street. To park there for free, you must directly dictate your vehicle's registration number to the owner, who will handle everything.
Outdoor seating
In better weather, in the morning or evening, you can run out onto the mini-terrace, which is accessible to Studio 102 guests and can be accessed by a special entrance, or you can climb out of bed through the window. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the terrace in the morning, or make a warm summer evening more pleasant with a romantic sitting in the fresh air.
